HASARD NOIR - PRESAGE
Hasard Noir are under a good star with their first single Présage (omen), a work that lives in the intermediate world of classical and jazz. The trio's influences come from modern jazz, but the heart remains classical. With the main characters of piano, bass and drums, Hasard Noir create a dreamlike and dark atmosphere. A beautiful complement and a togetherness that at once seems dreamy as well as playful. The EP will be released in March and thematizes the night in all its dark glory.
Main character of Présage is this mysterious and intense piano melody, which convinced me of this sound pearl. Dark melancholy meets lightness. Hesitantly the piece begins, as if we are only cautiously venturing out into the night. Slowly we become bolder and pull pirouettes even away from the lantern lights. After all, there are stars in the sky. The pace picks up and promises us one of those nights in the end. The last minute could have gone on forever....

STEFAN LOVIN - THE EYES OF PACO DE LUCIA
You should get a tribute like that. Then you know that you have 'made it'. The sound pearl comes from the album 'The poet of the sea', which contains nine dynamic, poetic and lyrical pieces. Nine stories that represent a turning point in the life of Stefan Lovin. At the same time, it contains more than a tribute to his idols who have influenced the artist on his way.
Stefan Lovin dedicates this piece to the flamenco guitarist Paco de Lucia. His fingers fly over the piano keys and create a playful and at the same time dynamically dramatic concert of pleasure. It is a joy to listen to how agile some fingertips can be. Etudes are nothing compared to this. Gentle tones alternate with their contrasts and create a drama in several acts. Just to make sure that you really heard it just like that, you press the repeat button...
