MIIL - These Words
Love is so far away - Deep inside - Deep inside
That voice!!! Old Swede, this voice! This is music that goes straight to the heart. Goosebumps pure!!! I'm fangirling here again... But with such a sound pearl enchantress, it's also no wonder....
When MIIL sent me her music for review, she not only took me into her poetic and tender musical world. She took me at the same time into an enchanted forest, where she sings like Disney princesses with birds.
But in order: It begins with piano notes reminiscent of Fly by Einaudi. However, the weight turns in favor of the singing quite quickly. We are in a forest. In the video for the single, this is made clear once again. Very minimalistically kept, an interplay of shadow and light, dance and standstill. The high art of cineastics. Apropos. The sound pearl seems quite spährisch, almost as if it had written the sounds for a modern fairy tale film adaptation.
My favorite part begins in the last third. Here depth, height, heaviness and lightness combine in a dance of colorful and bright tones. M a g i c a l ...
