Newcomer Rosanna Plüss from Stockholm presents an artistic indie pearl. The Swede has barely graduated from art school and is already spreading fascinating soundscapes. Like with her new single "Gonna Die As You".

The song tells of the struggles of stereotypical gender roles. A woman alongside a man, but only that. The accessories. And what comes with it: falling into the typical gender roles in which women seek a deeper connection but are rejected and therefore feel lonely and unappreciated in the relationship.

What leaves a bland aftertaste has been artfully, intimately and intensely realized in Gonna Die As You. Rosanna's voice takes center stage - an elf who has decided to sing. The newcomer's presence is as strong as the fragile way she presents her reproachful battle tirades accompanied by the piano. Minimalist instrumentation is all she needs for her emotional storytelling.
